Customer service is just as important as patient care. The ownership (Edward, Mark and Jessie) serves as the marketing team and focal point liaison for customer relations. Their primary role is to create and control quality customer service. We develop a personal relationship with the staff of contracted and non-contracted facilities. We ensure optimal transportation services were provided and to address client comments in a proactive manner. With ownership serving as the marketing staff, we then are never to far separated from our patients and clients, always ensuring that our clients know and feel their needs are addressed and that they truly are our number one concern.
We understand your need to have a reliable transportation service that can consistently offer efficient response times and compassionate care. Quality Assurance is the key to providing a high standard of care. Patient care and satisfaction are the #1 priority. All run sheets are turned over to the Clinical Coordinator for review on a daily basis to ensure E.M.T. skills are exemplary. Patient assessment, appropriateness of medical treatment, response and on scene times are a few examples of items reviewed daily to ensure patients received proper treatments and services. Any inadequacies require education and skills re-training. Our Quality Assurance Plan meets and exceeds the standards approved by the Texas Department of Health and is annually reviewed and updated as often as necessary.
